A sponsored project done during the fall of 2006, this is a set of three stacking stainless steel cooking trays with an accompanying set of tongs. Asked to locate and design for a opportunity in the "grilling vessel" market, I undertook a lengthy research period to find that opportunity. After presenting my research findings and focus I fell to designing my set of trays.
Designed as a premium grilling accessory to facilitate a more unified serving time for grilling, the trays allow food to be stacked on the grill keeping warm and freeing up valuable cooking space for other tasks. The trays use the accompanying tongs as a handle for moving but is obviously removable allowing the grill to be closed during cook time. Aluminum trays and stainless steel and phenolic resin tongs.
